[How to participate in the event]
On the day of the event, from 3:30 PM, customers who purchase eligible products at the special cash register counter at the venue will be invited to a special event of their choice or will be able to participate in a lottery.
*Payment methods accepted are cash and credit cards. Coupons and point cards cannot be used.

The first 300 customers who purchase one eligible product will receive a randomly numbered admission ticket.
You will be given priority entry into the entrance area.

*Photos and videos will only be allowed during the mini live.

Start time: 19:00~ (Meeting 18:40)
The first 300 customers who purchase one eligible product will be able to participate in the high-five event.
*Video recording is only permitted during the high-touch event.
●Smartphone photo session for all members
Start time: 19:40~ (Meeting 19:30)

Those who purchase the Photobook version of "As I am" will be entered into a lottery to participate.
Staff will take photos using the winner's smartphone.
●Premium autograph session

All members will sign the CD jacket for "As I am." You can include your name in the autograph, and you can take photos during the event (except when you are getting an autograph).

<Information and precautions regarding the smartphone photo session for all members>
*The winner must bring a smartphone with a camera, as staff will be taking photos with the winner's smartphone. Photos cannot be taken with tablets, PCs, or cameras.
*Please note that we cannot accept photography using devices other than smartphones.
*Only the camera built into your smartphone can be used. Use of camera apps is prohibited.
*Please refrain from using LIVE Photos mode or screen recording. If we find you using these features, our staff may erase your recording data and you may be denied participation in the event. Please note that this may also lead to the event being interrupted or canceled.
*Please choose from two poses for the photo shoot: "pointing at each cheek" or "heart." Please note that we cannot accommodate requests.
*The shooting location of members and winners cannot be specified when taking photos.
*When taking photos, customers are not allowed to touch members themselves, take photos of only members, or have members holding objects.
*As a general rule, photographs will not be retaken.
*However, we will only retake the photo if it is determined that there is an imperfection, such as the member closing their eyes. We will not accommodate requests for retakes due to customer reasons, such as the customer closing their eyes or getting out of pose. This decision is at the discretion of the management staff, so please understand. Also, if you need to retake the photo for the above reasons, you will need to inform the staff on the spot.
*Please save your captured images at your own risk. We will not take retakes due to improper storage.
*If the photo shoot cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the customer, such as camera malfunction, over capacity, or dead battery, or other problems saving the photo data, we will not provide a replacement shoot.
*Physical contact with the artists is not permitted. *If you come into contact with the artists, the event will be canceled.
<Information and notes regarding the autograph session with all members>
*The signature will be on the page of the relevant member in the booklet of the product you purchased.
Please remember to bring the booklet with you on the day.
*Your name can be included on the signature.
*To ensure a smooth process, please write the name you want the members to write on a sticky note in advance and show it to us (only Hangul or alphabet is acceptable). Please prepare your own sticky notes in advance.
*We cannot accept questions or messages to customers written on sticky notes.
*Physical contact with the artists is not permitted. *If you come into contact with the artists, the event will be canceled.
*Standing positions for customers and members will be designated.

・There are no lockers or cloakrooms inside the venue. Please manage your belongings at your own risk.
・The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the event venue. Please keep your valuables in good care.
・For safety, crime prevention, and security reasons, we may set up a baggage storage area when you participate in the special event. Please leave your baggage in the designated area before participating.
・Please understand and cooperate with the instructions from staff at the venue on the day. If you do not follow the instructions of staff on the day, the event may be canceled or you may be asked to leave. Please be aware of this before participating.
- Eating and drinking is prohibited inside the venue and stores.
- Please refrain from stepping over or crawling under the partitions that separate the event space as this is dangerous.
- We do not offer any points or discounts on products eligible for the event.
・Wearing a mask is a personal decision.
・Customers with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher, or those showing cold symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath will be denied entry.
・If the event is canceled, postponed, or the content is changed, we will inform you on our website before the day of the event.
-Due to weather, disasters, or the artist's circumstances, the event may be canceled or the participating members may be changed.
・Transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc. will be borne by the customer. In addition, even if the event is canceled or postponed, transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc. will not be compensated.
- We will not refund or exchange any products other than defective products.

- Staying up all night or waiting from early morning to participate in the event is strictly prohibited.

・Anyone can watch the event for free, but only in designated free spaces at the venue. Restrictions may be imposed depending on the situation. If the number of visitors exceeds the capacity, it may not be possible for all customers to watch the event.
- Viewing is not permitted in areas other than those designated.
- Excessive call-and-response, mixing, jumping, and any other behavior that may disturb other customers are strictly prohibited.
・During the event, please do not point your mobile phone or other camera towards the stage where the band members are, the event staff, or other customers. If anything suspicious appears, a staff member will approach you and ask for details.
・Photography, sound recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited. Please refrain from bringing in any photography, sound recording, or video recording equipment. If you are found to be using such equipment, you will be asked to delete all data and will be banned from entering this event and any future events at the venue.
・Please refrain from bringing items that obstruct your view, such as message boards, into the venue as they will be a nuisance to other customers. Also, please keep towels, fans, etc. below shoulder height as holding them above shoulder height will cause inconvenience to customers behind and around you.
・It is strictly prohibited to reserve a spot inside or outside the venue using luggage, sheets, etc. Abandoned luggage, sheets, etc. may be removed by staff or security. The organizer, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any removed or left behind items.
・The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables in good care.
- Please refrain from leaving your belongings in the venue or in the aisles within the venue, or placing your belongings at your feet to secure space, as this is extremely dangerous.
・Bringing carry-ons or large luggage into the venue is prohibited. You may be refused entry.
・There is no cloakroom, so please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.
・We do not allow viewing from ladders, platforms, or steps, or while being carried on someone's shoulders.
- Please be considerate of the customers behind you and do not hold boards, fans, towels, etc. above face height.

- If complaints are received from the police or the venue, the event may be canceled.

- Waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue is prohibited.
- Please refrain from taking photos, handing over letters directly to members, or giving food, drinks, or gifts to members while they are entering or leaving the venue or during the special event.
-If any disputes arise between customers, the parties involved will be required to resolve the issue between themselves, and the organizers and sponsors will not be held responsible in any way.
・If any trouble occurs or you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be denied participation in the event.
・Please refrain from bringing pets with you.

・In the event of an emergency, first aid will be provided, but the organizers, performers, and facility staff cannot be held responsible for any subsequent consequences.
