Please be sure to check the following and only participate if you agree.

Due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or illness or accidents of performers, the event may be canceled or postponed, or the date, time, location, content, or performers may be changed. Even in these cases, we cannot provide refunds for product prices or compensation for transportation or travel expenses. We appreciateyourunderstanding.

*Please note that due to schedule reasons, you may be asked to wait at the venue on the day of the event.

*On the day of the event, please follow the instructions of the staff. If you do not follow the instructions, you may be asked to leave. Also, if any confusion occurs at the venue, the event may be canceled.

*Minors must obtain parental consent before participating. If a minor participates, it will be assumed that parental consent has been obtained. Family members and staff members cannot accompany minors, so please refrain from bringing children who cannot participate alone.

*The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents that occur inside or outside the event venue, or for any malfunctions or theft of brought-in equipment. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

*If we discover any unofficial merchandise using TEMPEST name or portrait being sold or distributed inside or outside the venue, you will be banned from participating in the event.

<Information and precautions regarding individual two-shot photo sessions>

*Physical contact with the artists is not permitted.

*Standing positions for customers and members will be designated.

*Staff will take photos using the winner's smartphone or mobile phone.

*Please note that we cannot accept photography using devices other than smartphones or mobile phones.

*Devices that cannot make calls, such as digital cameras, tablets, and iPads, cannot be used.

*Only cameras built into smartphones or mobile phones may be used. Use of camera apps is prohibited.

*As a general rule, we cannot take retakes.

*You may have members hold some items, but you may not have them wear anything. Also, if the staff on the day deems it inappropriate, we may refuse your request.

*You can specify a pose, but it is prohibited to specify a pose by showing the screen of your smartphone or mobile phone, or a pose that takes time for the members to understand. In addition, we may refuse your request if the staff on the day deems it inappropriate.

* Recording the screen of a smartphone or mobile phone is prohibited. If you are found doing so, you may be refused participation.

*Camera photography in LIVE Photos mode is prohibited. Please disable this setting before participating.

<Information and notes regarding member solo message video shoot>

During the video shoot, we will only call your real name (first name) inKoreanor Roman letters. A staff member will film on your behalf.

On the day of the event, please bring your name tag so members can easily call you by name.

You can select one message from the options below. Messages other than the specified ones will not be accepted.

On the day of the event, please tell our staff the message you would like the members to say.

* Messages during video recording

A:"○○-chan ~~ Happy new year and love you forever!"

B:"Where should we meet tomorrow? I love you ~~"

C:"○○! Good night, think of me a lot and dream about me! I love you."

<Information and notes regarding member solo autograph sessions>

*The signature will be on the page of the relevant member in the booklet of the product you purchased.

*Your name can be included on the signature.

*To ensure a smooth process, please write the name you want the members to write on a sticky note in advance and show it to us (only Hangul or alphabet is acceptable). Please prepare your own sticky notes in advance.

*We cannot accept questions or messages to customers written on sticky notes.

*Physical contact with the artists is not permitted.

*Standing positions for customers and members will be designated.

*Photography is strictly prohibited during the autograph session.
