On the day of the event, from 10:30 a.m., customers who purchase eligible products with full advance payment at the special cash register counter at the venue will be invited to a special event of their choice or will be able to participate in a lottery.

The first 300 customers who purchase one eligible product will receive a randomly numbered admission ticket.

You will be given priority entry into the entrance area.

●High-five event

Start time: 13:30~ (Meeting 13:10)

The first 300 customers who purchase one eligible product will be able to participate in the high-five event.

*Photography, video recording, and recording in any form are not permitted.

● Individual two-shot photo session

Start time: 14:00 ~ (Meeting time 13:40)

Number of winners: 30 members each, total 180 winners

You can take a photo with one member using your smartphone or mobile phone.

●Member photo card autograph session

Start time: 14:50 ~ (Meeting time 14:30)

Number of winners: 30 members each, total 180 winners

・Please understand and cooperate with the instructions from staff at the venue on the day. If you do not follow the instructions of staff on the day, the event may be canceled or you may be asked to leave. Please be aware of this before participating.

- Eating and drinking is prohibited inside the venue and stores.

- Please refrain from stepping over or crawling under the partitions that separate the event space as this is dangerous.

- We do not offer any points or discounts on products eligible for the event.

[General notes regarding the event]

・Wearing a mask is a personal decision.

・Customers with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher, or those showing cold symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath will be denied entry.

・If the event is canceled, postponed, or the content is changed, we will inform you on our website before the day of the event.

-Due to weather, disasters, or the artist's circumstances, the event may be canceled or the participating members may be changed.

・Transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc. will be borne by the customer. In addition, even if the event is canceled or postponed, transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc. will not be compensated.

- We will not refund or exchange any products other than defective products.

・The event time may change.

- Staying up all night or waiting from early morning to participate in the event is strictly prohibited.

-The venue is located inside a commercial facility, so please help ensure passage for customers who are not participating in the event.

・Waiting, sitting, lingering in the aisles or inside the store, etc. are strictly prohibited. If you are found to be doing so, you will be asked to move away.

・Anyone can watch the event for free, but only in designated free spaces at the venue. Restrictions may be imposed depending on the situation. If the number of visitors exceeds the capacity, it may not be possible for all customers to watch the event.

- Viewing is not permitted in areas other than those designated.

- Excessive call-and-response, mixing, jumping, and any other behavior that may disturb other customers are strictly prohibited.

・During the event, please do not point your mobile phone or other camera towards the stage where the band members are, the event staff, or other customers. If anything suspicious appears, a staff member will approach you and ask for details.

・Photography, sound recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited. Please refrain from bringing in any photography, sound recording, or video recording equipment. If you are found to be using such equipment, you will be asked to delete all data and will be banned from entering this event and any future events at the venue.

・Please refrain from bringing items that obstruct your view, such as message boards, into the venue as they will be a nuisance to other customers. Also, please keep towels, fans, etc. below shoulder height as holding them above shoulder height will cause inconvenience to customers behind and around you.

・It is strictly prohibited to reserve a spot inside or outside the venue using luggage, sheets, etc. Abandoned luggage, sheets, etc. may be removed by staff or security. The organizer, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any removed or left behind items.

・The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables in good care.

- Please refrain from leaving your belongings in the venue or in the aisles within the venue, or placing your belongings at your feet to secure space, as this is extremely dangerous.

・Bringing carry-ons or large luggage into the venue is prohibited. You may be refused entry.

・There is no cloakroom, so please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.

・We do not allow viewing from ladders, platforms, or steps, or while being carried on someone's shoulders.

- Please refrain from taking photos, handing over letters directly to members, or giving food, drinks, or gifts to members while they are entering or leaving the venue or during the special event.

-If any disputes arise between customers, the parties involved will be required to resolve the issue between themselves, and the organizers and sponsors will not be held responsible in any way.

・If any trouble occurs or you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be denied participation in the event.

・Please refrain from bringing pets with you.

[About health management]

・Please prepare for the weather by wearing cold and heat gear.

・Please take care of your health by drinking plenty of water and taking breaks.

・If you are feeling unwell or become unwell, please inform a member of staff. Also, if you notice any other customers around you showing signs of a sudden change in their health or behavior, please inform a member of staff.

・Please be careful not to overexert yourself when participating.

・In the event of an emergency, first aid will be provided, but the organizers, performers, and facility staff cannot be held responsible for any subsequent consequences.
